  • Understand breathwork and the nervous system, and how they influence both your practice and your life

  • Practice holding space—for others, and for yourself

If you want to teach, you’ll graduate with the skills and confidence to lead meaningful, well-structured classes.

If you don’t, you’ll leave with something just as powerful—a deeper connection to your body, a clearer understanding of your mind, and a practice that supports you far beyond the mat.
