SOL 200 HOUR YOGA TEACHER TRAINING
There comes a point in your practice where doing the poses is no longer enough.
You begin to ask deeper questions.
You start to feel that yoga is not something you do—it’s something you live.
Our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at SOL Yoga is designed for that moment.
Created by Katie Mussari, founder of SOL Yoga, this in-house training is rooted in the philosophy that practice is a return—to your breath, to your body, and to yourself. At SOL, we believe transformation doesn’t come from pushing harder, but from learning how to listen more closely.
Whether you feel called to teach, or simply feel called to go deeper, this training will meet you there.
Over the course of this immersive experience, you will:
-
Refine your asana practice through a deeper understanding of alignment, functional movement, and intelligent progression
-
Learn the language of teaching—how to cue clearly, confidently, and with intention
-
Study functional anatomy in a way that feels intuitive and applicable in real bodies
-
Explore yogic philosophy as something lived and experienced—not just studied
-
Develop the art of sequencing, creating classes that are balanced, purposeful, and impactful
-
Understand breathwork and the nervous system, and how they influence both your practice and your life
-
Practice holding space—for others, and for yourself
If you want to teach, you’ll graduate with the skills and confidence to lead meaningful, well-structured classes.
If you don’t, you’ll leave with something just as powerful—a deeper connection to your body, a clearer understanding of your mind, and a practice that supports you far beyond the mat.
This training reflects the heart of SOL
slowing down, paying attention, and returning again and again.
Because real growth doesn’t happen in the extremes.
It happens in the awareness you bring to each moment.
You don’t need to have it all figured out.
You just need to be willing to begin.
This is more than a training.
It’s a shift in how you practice and how you live.
