Jax
Yoga Instructor
My name is Jax and I have been teaching yoga for 11 years and practicing for 14 years. I have such a passion for this practice and how it can truly improve the quality of life we have day to day and beyond that, be a continued avenue to support the well being of our physical and mental health as well as empower us to be more connected within ourselves.
I am so grateful to be a yoga teacher for the major reason of community and bringing people together each and every day and the reminder that the more present we become the clearer the lens we can see through.
I also am an artist, Reiki Master and enthusiastic of this life and all it encompasses. Join me and we will laugh, flow and feel calm and peace.

Cass is a 500 hour certified Yoga instructor with a focus on holistic birth, which has allowed her to develop a rounded teaching style. Her unique style allows yogis to tap into personal power, strength and inner self.

While working with mothers, her goal is to facilitate calm allowing mom to settle in, connect with herself and her baby, and really relax into the journey of motherhood.
She looks forward to joining you on your journey on the mat, no matter where it might lead!

K-Lee
Yoga Instructor
K-Lee is a 200 hour certified yoga instructor. She hopes to help yogis build a deeper connection to themselves each time they roll out their mat.
Her classes seek to go deeper than Asana giving time for introspection and allow yogis to connect to themselves and move (or be still) in way that feels best to them.
Her practices are lead heart first, with kindness and inclusivity!
Alex
Yoga Instructor
Alex (RYT 200) first attended yoga classes with her mom as an anxious teenager—and the discovery of breath through movement became a vital tool for her throughout her twenties.
While pursuing her Master’s in England she connected with a yogi who transformed her practice in 2014. After practicing for 12 years, she completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Bali this summer.
As a new Vinyasa teacher, Alex's flows are inspired by her incredible teachers from all over. Her classes follow a traditional structure, moving through postures that ease the mind while getting a little sweaty. Alex’s teaching philosophy is rooted in her personal practice: show up just as you are, and keep showing up!

DaynaMarie brings a touch of magic and mindfulness to every class she leads.
A certified 200-hour yoga teacher and barre instructor, she combines strength with mindful
movement to uplift both body and soul. Guided by her passion for holistic wellness and creates spaces where everyone—no matter their journey—feels seen, supported, and inspired.

She has also earned specialized certifications in Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Oncology Yoga. As a 12-year breast cancer survivor, Kristyn is deeply involved with the Wellspring Niagara Cancer Support Centre, where she offers support to those affected by cancer.
Her teaching philosophy places a strong emphasis on safety while helping students enhance their fitness through mindful movement, breath connection, core strengthening, and balance improvement. Deanna
Yoga Instructor
Deanna is a certified Yoga Instructor with 200 hours of training and expertise in restorative practices. She is dedicated to helping both children and adults appreciate the beauty of individuality while finding tranquility amidst stress and chaos through self-regulation techniques.
In every class, my goal is to create an inclusive, judgment-free, and safe environment that welcomes all bodies, abilities, and ages. I lead with compassion, acceptance, and self-love, offering breathwork, gentle hatha, restorative asana, and guided meditation. May you discover stillness in this space to rest, restore, and renew, fostering peace and balance.
My practices encourage you to show up as you are, solely for yourself, and to be present, mindful, and kind. There is nothing more precious than honouring your soul.
You are worth it!
William
General Manager
William is surprisingly flexible—just not in the way you’d expect! With zero yoga experience, he has somehow managed to master the art of balancing spreadsheets while everyone else is mastering their downward dog.

Fueled by love for Katie, he is on a mission to ensure the studio runs smoother than a well-practiced sun salutation. When not navigating the world of mats and meditation, you can find him attempting (and often failing) to follow along in classes, awkwardly contorting into positions that would make even a pretzel blush.

Join William as he hilariously stumbles through the Zen world of yoga, proving that you don’t need to be a yogi to help others find their inner peace—just a good sense of humour and a lot of caffeine!
