Jax
Yoga Instructor
My name is Jax and I have been teaching yoga for 11 years and practicing for 14 years. I have such a passion for this practice and how it can truly improve the quality of life we have day to day and beyond that, be a continued avenue to support the well being of our physical and mental health as well as empower us to be more connected within ourselves.
I am so grateful to be a yoga teacher for the major reason of community and bringing people together each and every day and the reminder that the more present we become the clearer the lens we can see through.
I also am an artist, Reiki Master and enthusiastic of this life and all it encompasses. Join me and we will laugh, flow and feel calm and peace.

Cass
Yoga Instructor
Cass is a 500 hour certified Yoga instructor with a focus on holistic birth, which has allowed her to develop a rounded teaching style. Her unique style allows yogis to tap into personal power, strength and inner self.

While working with mothers, her goal is to facilitate calm allowing mom to settle in, connect with herself and her baby, and really relax into the journey of motherhood.
She looks forward to joining you on your journey on the mat, no matter where it might lead!

Bobby
Yoga Instructor
Bobby is a 300-hour Certified Yoga Teacher, 200-hour Pilates Instructor and Level 3 Yogalates Instructor with 12+ Years of Experience in Europe, Mexico and Dominican Republic.

Bobby believes that every human being is here to experience joy and bliss within their own body.

In her classes, nothing is ever a “must.” Instead, she creates a space where students are invited to explore their potential, challenge themselves with compassion, and grow both on and off the mat.

Through mindful movement and breath, Bobby guides her students in releasing tension, building strength and freedom in the body, and opening the mind to clarity and lightness, one class at a time, one breath at a time, always moving toward a more joyful life.

Marlies
Yoga Instructor
Marlies is a Niagara-based yoga teacher whose work blends yoga, Pilates, and Reiki through a trauma sensitive approach.
She is known for precise cueing, creative sequencing and a pace that offers attention for deepening. Students are invited to fold inward, meet themselves with curiosity and build strength from ease so that movement feels like a relationship with the body.
As a lead teacher trainer and Reiki Master with a 500 RYT credential, Marlies holds space that is grounded, discerning and quietly uplifting. Expect thoughtful progressions, informed hands off options, and language that promotes agency and nervous system care.

Alex
Yoga Instructor
Alex (RYT 200) first discovered yoga as an anxious teenager—learning to connect breath with movement became a vital tool she carried through her twenties.
While pursuing her Master’s in England in 2014, she connected with a yogi who transformed her practice. After over a decade of dedicated exploration, she completed her 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training in Bali.
Alex’s classes are shaped by the incredible teachers she’s practiced with around the world. She follows traditional sequencing and instruction, and prioritizes a holistic approach through assisted stretching and passive movement.
Alex's classes move through postures that ease the mind while getting a little sweaty. Her teaching is rooted in the belief that yoga is a lifelong practice—and the most important thing is simply to show up, just as you are.

William
General Manager
William is surprisingly flexible—just not in the way you’d expect! With zero yoga experience, he has somehow managed to master the art of balancing spreadsheets while everyone else is mastering their downward dog.

Fueled by love for Katie, he is on a mission to ensure the studio runs smoother than a well-practiced sun salutation. When not navigating the world of mats and meditation, you can find him attempting (and often failing) to follow along in classes, awkwardly contorting into positions that would make even a pretzel blush.

Join William as he hilariously stumbles through the Zen world of yoga, proving that you don’t need to be a yogi to help others find their inner peace—just a good sense of humour and a lot of caffeine!
